Welcome to Breathe Easy Filters. These Terms of Service apply when you visit our Shopify store, make a purchase, or use any affiliated service. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Online Store & Account

You represent that:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Product performance depends on installation, environment, and maintenance.

  • We may discontinue or update products without notice.

Custom filter sizes must be verified by the customer before placing an order. Breathe Easy Filters is not responsible for measurements provided incorrectly.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Payment is required at checkout via the Shopify payment gateway.

  • Promotions or coupon offers may be limited to certain filters or shipping regions.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for suspected fraud, payment error, or violation of these terms.

5. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your default payment method on your chosen cycle.

  • You may update or cancel subscriptions from your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation must occur before the next billing date.

  • Charges that have already processed cannot be refunded.

6. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or inventory.

  • Once the carrier marks the package Delivered, Breathe Easy Filters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Shipping insurance or signature delivery is optional and must be requested at checkout.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products or site for:

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • Hacking, scraping, or data harvesting

  • Copyright infringement

  • Reverse engineering or modifying our website or code

We reserve the right to terminate access if these policies are violated.

8. Limited Warranty

Our filters are warranted against manufacturing defects at delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Normal wear & tear

  • Contamination from smoke, water, pests, mold, or debris

  • Commercial misuse beyond recommended ratings

  • Altered or cut products

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for a claim is limited to the price of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Monroe County, Tennessee.
